RETURN POLICY


RETURNS, REFUNDS & EXCHANGES

We totally get it, all of us at some point have added one too many items to our cart or changed our mind about a cute color after we order it, but that’s not a problem at all. We cherish all of our customers and pride ourselves on keeping the positive vibes flowing!

If you are not completely satisfied with your unopened items, we will happily accept a return within 14 days of receipt in exchange for a libranailslab.com gift card. As a result of hygiene, safety and cleanliness standards, all items must be new, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.

Please note: If an open or used item is returned there will be a return fee of up to 50% of the item's price.

RETURN PROCEDURE

  • Visit your Libra Nails Lab USA account and look up your items with your order number and email address.
  • Send an e-mail to info.usa@libranailslab.com with the details ( order number and products you want to return )
  • Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how and where to send your return. Products must arrive in new condition, unopened and with no signs of use in order to be accepted. 
  • Ship your items to the address provided in an email once your return request is approved. Please note, you are responsible for shipping the item back to us. We recommend using a trackable shipping service. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  • Your refund will be issued in the form of Libra Nails Lab store credit or a gift card.
  • Please expect 14 business days for your order to be processed, once we receive it. During peak season, allow extra processing time due to higher than normal volumes. You’ll receive an email confirmation when your return is completed. 

Please Note: Any original shipping fees or return shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the error was made on our part.

In the rare event that you do receive an imperfect item, please contact us at your earliest convenience by sending as soon as possible an email to info.usa@libranailslab.com

 In such an event, we prefer to remedy on a case-to-case basis to ensure the best    customer service and overall satisfaction. 

 

 

REFUNDS

With limited exceptions, all returns are refunded via store credit or a gift card and will be available within 14 business days from the day we receive your return package. Libra Nails Lab USA does not issue store credit for original or return shipping charges. 

SALE ITEMS

All sale, discounted or bundled items are considered Final Sale and cannot be exchanged or returned for store credit.

EXCHANGES

With limited exceptions, we are unable to accommodate exchanges for purchases made on Libra Nails Lab USA. Store credit or a gift card will be issued when we receive your items and you will then be able to use your store credit or gift card to place another order. 

DAMAGED ITEMS

Although we certainly hope there isn’t any damage that has been incurred during the processing and shipping of your Libra Nails Lab products, we happily assist you if there is. If you notice any issues with your order upon its arrival, please send an e-mail as soon as possible to info.usa@libranailslab.com and include a picture of your entire order, as well as the damaged/defective items and a brief description of the issue so that we can further assist you! Each inquiry will be handled on a case by case basis to ensure customer satisfaction.
